Hi, I'm a design strategist with over a decade of experience on fintech in emerging markets. My proudest achievement was designing a ML Risk Assessment Model with data teams at Yoma Bank using customer persona to generate customer risk profiles that boosted data quality from 12% to 80%+ in just three months, while slashing customer onboarding time in half.
I work well with remote teams and enjoy solving hard problems. Currently based in Phuket, Thailand with my family, working globally.
I've spent over a decade working across fintech and telecom in Southeast Asia. Currently, I work with Amdocs as a Senior Experience Designer, working with telecom clients in Singapore and the Philippines on billing and self-service platforms.
Before that, I led design and customer experience at Yoma Bank in Myanmar, where I worked on digital lending products and customer onboarding flows. I also spent time at Telenor as a Service Design Manager, helping shape their mobile app and customer education programs, and at Lomotif in Singapore during its transition from a video editing tool to a social media platform.
On the side, I take on independent consulting projects for clients worldwide, from hospitality tech in Thailand to fintech startups in the US.

I serve as an advisory board member at Doh Eain, a participatory design practice focused on heritage preservation in Southeast Asia. I also mentor designers through UXMM and occasionally speak at Women in AI Myanmar about responsible AI and the human side of data.
I hold a Master of Science from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where my research focused on user-generated content. Before that, I completed my Bachelor of Business Information Technology at the University of Greenwich. I also recently earned the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
